How does the complimentary hotel transfer work?
Send your hotel name, preferred pickup time, number of guests and the collection you want to see. The team checks the route and vehicle availability, then confirms the pickup; the transfer is complimentary only after this confirmation.
How early should I request a vehicle?
For Lara and Kundu, request at least 2–3 hours before your preferred time. Belek, Side, Kemer-region and same-day evening requests should be sent earlier because distance, hotel entrance rules and traffic affect planning.
Is a purchase required to request the transfer?
The service is organised for guests who genuinely want to visit the leather and fur collections. Product selection and purchase decisions are made in the store after you have examined and tried the items.
Can the route include Deepo Outlet Center?
Yes, when the complete route is approved in advance. The usual plan is hotel pickup, store visit, approximately 2–3 hours at Deepo and return to the hotel; timing and availability must be confirmed.
Which store should guests from Lara, Kundu, Belek or Side visit?
The Antalya store is normally the practical choice for these regions. Approximate journeys are 15 minutes from Lara/Kundu, 35 minutes from Belek and 60 minutes from Side, but live traffic and the exact hotel entrance can change them.
Which store should guests from Kemer, Beldibi, Göynük or Tekirova visit?
The Kemer store is normally recommended. Approximate journeys are 5 minutes from central Kemer, 25 minutes from Beldibi, 15 minutes from Göynük and 20 minutes from Tekirova.
Can I choose the Antalya store even if I stay in Kemer?
Yes, you may request Antalya. The team will calculate the longer route and confirm whether it fits the requested day and pickup time.
Can I see products and prices online?
Sales take place only in the stores because material, colour, fit and construction should be checked in person. You can send a reference photo on WhatsApp so the team can check whether similar styles are currently available.
What determines the price of a leather jacket?
Leather type and usable hide area are only the beginning. Pattern complexity, lining, hardware, hand finishing, seam quality, tailoring and the amount of material all affect the final store price.
Why can two fur coats have very different prices?
Species, grade, density, colour, length, number and size of pelts, panel matching, workmanship and garment length all matter. Compare construction and documentation as well as softness and appearance.
Are tailoring and alterations available?
Fit adjustments can be discussed in the store. Possibilities and completion time depend on the product, the requested change and your departure schedule.
Do eligible purchases include documentation?
Eligible purchases include one-year product documentation. Ask the advisor to explain exactly what applies to the selected item before payment.
Can you ship my purchase internationally?
International shipping options are arranged in the store according to the destination, item and current carrier conditions. Delivery time, customs charges and import rules vary by country.
What should I bring to the fitting?
Bring or wear the type of clothing you expect to use under the jacket or coat. A reference photo, preferred length, usual size and departure date also help the advisor narrow the selection.
Which languages can I request?
Multilingual assistance is available for international guests. Include your preferred language in the WhatsApp request so the team can plan the visit.
What are the opening hours?
The Antalya and Kemer stores are open daily from 09:00 to 22:00. Transfer and stylist availability still require confirmation, especially for late or distant pickups.
Where is the Antalya store?
The Antalya store is at Altınova Sinan Mahallesi, Serik Caddesi No:447, Kepez, on the airport road. Use the store page for a Google Maps route.
Where is the Kemer store?
The Kemer store is at Yeni Mahallesi, Dörtyol Bulvarı No:60, Kemer. Guests in central Kemer and nearby resort areas can request the Kemer route.
